Throughout his career, Andrei has learned that success in today’s dynamic business environment stems from a balance between strong internal processes and proactive client engagement. With over a decade of experience in facilities management and commercial real estate across Southeast Europe, he has developed deep expertise by combining strategic decision-making with hands-on involvement in operations and client relations.
In his current role as Regional Managing Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions EMEA, Andrei leads operations across 13 countries and oversees a €300 million P&L. He has played a key role in guiding the organization through significant structural changes, employing both strategic planning and crisis management to navigate periods of uncertainty. Whether refining internal processes or engaging directly with clients, he believes that both dimensions are essential for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Andrei held leadership roles in fast-growing organizations where he was responsible for establishing market presence from the ground up. In one instance, he successfully launched a new regional footprint, achieving notable revenue growth through innovative, customer-centric strategies. In another role, he led sales and business development efforts that expanded market share and significantly increased revenue through effective negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning. These experiences reinforced his belief in the importance of adaptability and a balanced approach to operational efficiency and client engagement.
A core principle of Andrei’s leadership philosophy is the belief that success is always a collective achievement. He views his accomplishments as the direct result of his team’s efforts and sees his role as one of enabling others—ensuring each team member has the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive. Over the years, he has built teams from the ground up and restructured existing ones, both locally and regionally, to maximize performance, drive innovation, and strengthen organizational culture.
