
Ateș Casimceali

Ates Casimceali was born in Constanta, a port-town at the Black Sea Coast. He is active, sociable and skilled at connecting people.
He spends most of his time in his dental office and lately he started working at the Emergency Hospital as a Resident in General Stomatology. While he was studying he managed to do the Physical Education and Sport Faculty. This active style was the way that his parents started his education by taking him to piano, guitar, tennis, swimming, kyokushin, modern dance and arts lessons.
In the last 4 years he did many civic events in Constanta with 20-30 volunteers with their non-governmental organization, Asociația Viitorul Orașului Tău.
In the last 10 years he took part in almost all the events of the Democratic Union of Turkish-Muslim Tatars of Romania from presenting events, writing in the local newspapers, organizing meetings, international festivals and sport competitions for all the minorities from Dobrogea.
His activity was appreciated by the citizens and in 2020 he was voted for the position of a local city council.
He is a fellow of the third edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, Spring Cohort 2021.
