Beatrice Radu joined the National Bank of Romania (NBR) in 2022, where she currently works as a specialist. Her responsibilities include organizing the meetings of the NBR’s Board of Directors. Beatrice is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance at West University of Timișoara. In the summer of 2018, she had the opportunity to participate in the Official Internship Programme of the Romanian Government, organized by the General Secretariat. During this internship, she attended meetings with government officials, gaining insights into public administration. That same year, she volunteered for the International Business Forum, an event coordinated by the Ministry of Economy,
Entrepreneurship, and Tourism.

Beatrice completed the Foreign Policy and Diplomacy program at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, which provided an opportunity to advance her understanding of international relations theories and concepts, with a particular emphasis on the formulation of state foreign policy and the pivotal role of diplomacy in this process. Additionally, she was selected to represent the National Bank of Romania at the Central Banking Seminar, organized by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
