Carol Serban is a management consultant at Kearney in Bucharest. He just returned to Romania after ten years in the UK, where he first worked on digitalization and innovation projects in the construction industry. He later on switched to strategy consulting at Amazon Web Services and Creative Destruction Lab, and recently finished an MBA at The University of Oxford.
