Catalina’s journey with McDonald’s began 10 years ago, during which she gained valuable experience across multiple facets of the business. From driving overall business growth to developing marketing strategies, human resources management, overseeing operations, and conducting financial analysis, she has developed a well-rounded skill set that enables her to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Catalina holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economic Sciences and Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. She had the privilege of attending numerous training programs in effective management and leadership acceleration at Hamburger University in Chicago, as well as various training and workshops on development, operations, and marketing organized by McDonald’s Corporation.
These educational and professional development experiences have further equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in leadership roles and drive impactful business results.
Beyond technical expertise, Catalina Sanduta has honed abilities in teamwork, leadership, and negotiation-key elements that contribute to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration. Her academic background in economics has further reinforced strategic thinking, equipping her with the ability to analyse market trends, optimize financial performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
