design of smart-grid systems using transactive energy for grid stability.

My journey from Engineer → Designer → Product → Founder and Entrepreneur had key
benchmarks in London, San Francisco, New York and Phoenix: I was one of the first employees at
Expedia Europe. I built Flame, a travel technology company, which was acquired by
TotalStayGroup. I ran Product and Technology for Travelzoo. I was Global Chief Information Officer
at arrivia (International Cruise & Excursions), a leader in B2B and B2C travel solutions, overseeing
nearly $1BN in transactions alongside M&A activities.

Over the past 20 years, I have worked on over 100 digital products and startups in the field of
design. I have consulted for many companies, including: Virgin, Kuoni, Travelzoo, Rubicon Global. I
am an award winning designer (D&AD) and speaker at conferences.

I am passionate about Energy. Travel, Art, Projects with Social Impact, and Education.
