Constantin Țurcanu is a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of entrepreneurship development policies. With a broad career within central public authorities, he currently serves as the Head of the Entrepreneurship Development Policy Department, actively involved in monitoring the Economic Criteria for the European Union accession negotiations, as well as coordinating the implementation process of the National Economic Development Strategy 2030.

In addition to his experience in SME sector development, Constantin has served as the national focal point for launching the implementation of the European Commission’s “EU4Environment” program in the Republic of Moldova, promoting green economy and sustainable development.
