Costinela Drăgan is Sustainability & CSR Director at Rompetrol, with 20 years of experience in the energy sector. She leads the company’s sustainability strategy, integrating environmental performance, including emissions management, with social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and community investments.
She also oversees Rompetrol’s cultural initiatives—including the company’s 16-year partnership with the George Enescu International Festival, a collaboration that bridges culture and community.

Costinela holds a PhD in American Studies from the University of Bucharest and an Executive Master in Energy from BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo.
She is also a 2015 Aspen Young Leaders Program Fellow.
