Cristian started his career in banking, where he founded and led the Israeli Desk at Libra Internet Bank in Bucharest, growing it into a portfolio of nearly 400 corporate clients and financing major real estate developments. He later transitioned to international business development, working with the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce & Industry to foster bilateral trade and economic collaboration.

With a BA in Computer Science and an MA in Intercultural Management & Leadership, Cristian blends analytical precision with cultural intelligence. A certified mediator and experienced trainer, he regularly delivers workshops on public speaking, networking, conflict resolution, and leadership.

Cristian’s passion for community building is evident in his longstanding commitment to the Jewish community. He served as president of the Jewish youth movement and was the founding director of Romania’s first Jewish Community Center, where he led programs in leadership, team building, and informal education.

A true global citizen, Cristian has lived in Austria, the U.S., and Israel, and has worked on short-term projects across more than ten countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
