She has been active in the public sector since 2013. Over the course of 11 years, she has progressed through various stages of career development, starting from the position of principal consultant. She currently serves as the Head of the Public Service Management Directorate, where she is responsible for developing policies related to public service management.

She is passionate about her work and believes it plays a key role in building an efficient and transparent administrative system.
