As Director of Global Mobility Services and People Services, and with an experience of almost 20 years in the domain, Daniela is coordinating major projects on income tax, social contributions and immigration, for the purpose of assisting international companies and their global workforce deployed under business assignments, to cope with the tax compliance requirements.

Daniela is a certified tax consultant, member of the Romanian Tax Consultants Chamber from 2007. She is also an active member of business organizations, being involved in group discussions at the Romanian Ministry of Finance on income tax and social security matters.

Daniela specialized also in assisting private individuals (high net worth) dealing with their personal tax compliance obligations in Romania and abroad, for investment income, capital gain and other type of income making the object of the international exchange of information.

Also, Daniela developed training concepts and delivered trainings for clients and the members of the Tax Consultants Chamber, regarding the interpretation and the application of income tax provisions and EU Regulations on social security, as well as EU social security Directives and Regulations pertaining to posting of personnel and related implications.

Being recognized as an expert in certain tax and social security areas, Daniela is often present in the media with punctual interventions on hot topics regarding taxation of individuals.
