Diana Coman has been the Head of Projects Management Department from Cluj County Council for 11 years. Together with her team, she managed to bring the county on top of the counties regarding the European funds accessed in the field of road infrastructure. 

With university studies in International relations and two master programmes in Project management and Community development, Diana Coman had the proper theoretical basis for starting the journey of European funds. Her first job was in public administration and involved human resources development funds in Cluj County Agency for Employment. She continued in this field with a job in the Ministry of Labour – Regional Office, evaluating and monitoring projects regarding human resources development. After six years of working, she decided to expand the area of interest and managed to become the Head of Projects Management Department from Cluj County Council. In the past 6 years, she has been coordinating the submission, evaluation, contracting and implementation of more than 40 projects financed from the European Union in multiple areas of infrastructure: road, waste, health, cultural and special education infrastructure.

Diana Coman is a hard working person, able to take the problems as challenges in order to achieve her goal of efficient public  administration.
