
Diana Enachi

Diana Enachi is an economist and project manager within IDIS Viitorul. She brings more than 10 years of work experience in project management, with expertise in finance, budgets and procurement; transparency and good governance; integrity and anti-corruption.
Over the last 10 years she has successfully implemented over 40 projects, bot national, regional and international.
Diana has also provided consultancy for central and local government, as well as international organizations, such as UNDP, GIZ, Council of Europe, the World Bank, OECD, EBRD. Diana is the author/co-author of more than 30 publications, including public policies, policy papers, policy recommendations, guidelines, monitoring and evaluation reports. Currently, Diana serves as the co-President of the National Open Government Steering Committee (OGP), a multi-stakeholder platform aimed at advancing the open government in Moldova.
Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance and a Master in Business and Administration from the Moldova State University. Diana is internationally certified as MAPS assessor (Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems).
