
Digne Lubina

Digne Lubina has long-standing experience in communications, public relations and media. Her working experience has been primarily acquired in different types in international environments. Digne has been at NATO for 8 years, and has a good knowledge and understanding of NATO’s public diplomacy work from a number of angles. In her current role, she focuses on coordinating and producing different types of analysis, which serve a variety of stakeholders across NATO. These products include messaging analyses for high-level internal stakeholders, reports on hostile messaging and a broad range of topics. A substantive part of her work is dedicated to identifying, monitoring and tracking disinformation targeting NATO. Her mother tongue is Latvian, she is fluent in English, French and Russian and has an intermediate knowledge of Dutch. Digne holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Riga Stradins University.
