On the surface, Ecaterina Niculăeș is an accomplished public servant with over 20 years of experience in public administration. Her opinions are highly valued, and people trust and respect her judgment.

Ecaterina graduated from “Al. I. Cuza” University in Iași, earning a degree from the Law School as well as a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the Faculty of Literature. After graduating, she worked hard to achieve her role as a public servant specializing in emergency situations. She leads a team and has gained significant professional experience, particularly during the pandemic and now in her work with Ukrainian refugees.

Together with her family, she loves to travel and show to her 14-year-old son the beauty of the world.
