Eveline-Debora Nuta is a tech entrepreneur, a strong advocate for digital innovation,  and a youth activist. As Founder and CEO of Kollabrix, she is building an AI-powered  platform that helps professors create engaging learning experiences, accelerating  digital transformation in higher education. 

Her work has gained global recognition—she won the Ignite Innovation Space Award at  NoA Ignite Norway, a leading Nordic technology consultancy. In 2023, Kollabrix was  named a Top 25 Innovation at the Global Innovation Lab hosted by UNLEASH, a non profit she now volunteers as for as an ambassador, supporting youth and early-stage  startups in driving impact aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

Eveline has also contributed to global security and public policy discussions. She  spoke at the 2024 NATO Youth Summit in the U.S., presenting her award-winning  cybersecurity and AI comic book, designed to engage youth in transatlantic security.  She also produced a video on NATO’s role from a youth perspective, highlighting the  future of collective security and transatlantic cooperation at the 2024 NATO Public  Forum. 

As a software engineer, Eveline has played a key role in public sector digital  transformation. She helped develop critical digital services for the Norwegian  government during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring real-time access to reliable  public health information for citizens. 

As an alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs  Fellowship, she launched a research collaboration connecting technologists with  professors from European and American universities to explore AI and Universal Design  for Learning in higher education. 

She has been recognized as a prominent voice in technology and innovation, earning  spots on Forbes 30 Under 30 Romania and E24’s Top 10 Tech Leaders in Norway—an  annual list by Norway’s foremost business newspaper, E24.
