Ardelean Florina Claudia is a definitive legal adviser with full rights (according to the statute of the College of Arad Legal Advisers) at the Arad City Hall – Heritage Directorate – Public Domain Records and Administration Service since 2018. She is 31 years old, born in Arad and has studied at the Faculty of Law – Babeș -Bolyai University of Cluj Napoca (UBB).

Currently, she is a member of the European project – regarding the approval of the “Voluntary contribution collection centers in the municipality of Arad”.

Among the attributes associated with her work, the following can be listed:  providing legal advice, legal verification of documents, representing the institution before courts, notaries, prosecutor’s offices and preparing procedural documents; the processing of court files with the object of: the obligation to do, usufruct, rectification of the land register, refusal to settle the request, annulment of administrative documents, expropriation law.

She would like to gain new experiences, improve her skills and broaden her understandings of the dynamic practice and to have this opportunity to study with colleagues who share the same goals and values.
