Professor Dr. habil. Florina Pinzaru is the Dean of the Faculty of Management at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, Romania, where she teaches Management, Organizational Design in the Digital Age, and Strategic Marketing. She is also an active member of the Pur și Simplu Verde (Simply Green) NGO.

Florina Pinzaru holds a PhD in Economics and International Business from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), an MA in Strategic Marketing, and a BA in Economics and International Business from the same university. Additionally, she earned a BA in Communication and Public Relations from SNSPA and was a Visiting Student at Sciences Po Paris. She is habilitated to supervise PhD theses in Management and regularly teaches abroad as a Visiting Professor at ISIT Paris, France, and the University of Siedlce, Poland.

With over 10 years of experience as a consultant and trainer in Management and Marketing, Florina Pinzaru has worked with major Romanian enterprises and multinational corporations in industries such as furniture, energy, and utilities. As a researcher, she led the Center for Research in Management and Leadership (2013–2017) and has been involved in various research projects on topics including Romania’s economic development, the digital natives’ profile in the workplace, program management strategies in education, and knowledge management for SMEs.

She has published more than 20 Web of Science-indexed papers in prestigious journals and international conference proceedings, along with numerous other academic papers, books, and book chapters in Romania and abroad.
