Gabriel is the Founder and Managing Partner of EVOS innovation, a consulting firm aiming at increasing performance of our client companies. Alongside his partners at EVOS they launched in 2022 OrgXO.com an Organizational Network Analysis SaaS tool that help leaders and consultants alike  make sense of the organization with a user-friendly strategic tool that harness the power of collaborative networks.  

Gabriel was the Executive Director of the Open Society/Soros Foundation Romania from 1997 until its final closure in May 2017.

He has been managing, training and leading groups for more than 25 years. He has worked in a variety of professional and educational arenas with corporate, non-profit and government clients. He is teaching executive courses in Management of Change and Decision Making.

He graduated the Executive MBA Program from ASEBUSS Bucharest in cooperation with the Washington State University in Seattle and the Kennesaw State University in Atlanta; he has got a Postgraduate Diploma in Company Management at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a final paper on ‘Management of Change’ and holds a M.Sc. in Constructions – Specialization Land Reclamation and Environmental Engineering since 1990.

He participated to various executive courses at the Harvard Business School, Kennedy School of Government, Wharton School, London School of Economics, INSEAD Paris, ESMT Berlin and Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.

He is President of the Board of Serendinno Foundation; Vice-President of the Board of Superbet Foundation; member of the Board of the Center for Health Policies and Services and founding member of the Arhipera Association aiming to create models of integrated development and sustainable housing solutions in communities facing extreme poverty and social exclusion.
