Gabriela has 15+ years of experience in areas such as Data Centers, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Procurement, Real Estate & Construction and Energy & Natural Resources. As a member of the Global Procurement Data Center Team she works collaboratively with diverse and multinational teams, focusing on complex technology-related contracts, including multi-jurisdictional transactions, collocation data center, SaaS, software licensing, software hosting, outsourcing and services transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and country specific laws.

As she is passionate about empowering people through education, in 2018 Gabriela created a Community of Oracle Education Volunteers, collaborating with 15 NGOs and organizing over 80 educational projects. Some highlights include mentoring girls during the “Technovation Challenge” global competition, developing an educational app for the “Family Hope Autism” NGO during the “Hacking for Humanity” hackathon, delivering training sessions to more than 300 high school students during the Robotics Summer School, mentoring young people all over Romania on the organization of community projects, delivering soft skills training sessions and motivational speeches to female victims of domestic abuse, delivering soft skills training sessions to vulnerable adolescent girls in low-resource communities and facilitating dignity workshops for young people in various schools in Bucharest.

In 2019 she started building a Community of Oracle Wellbeing Enthusiasts, that now has more than 1.000 members, organizing every week an wellbeing event related to one of the four pillars (i.e. physical, emotional, mental and social). The scope of such community is to encourage personal development, socialization, internal networking and meaningful discussions on various topics related to wellbeing, with the support of internal and external speakers, trainers and facilitators.

Gabriela was also a communicator on EU Structured Dialogue with Young People – the Structured Dialogue is a tool for mutual communication between young people and decision – makers to implement the priorities of the EU Cooperation in Youth Policy at national, regional and local level and to ensure the participation of young people in the process of developing European policies and strategies.
