Guido Gianasso is Associate Dean (Corporate Engagement and Relations) and Professor in Global Leadership at Nanyang Business School in Singapore. He is also Visiting Professor at the University of Geneva in Switzerland.

A leading expert in human resources and global leadership, Prof. Gianasso has over thirty years of management and teaching experience in the Education, Security, Aviation and Banking sectors, helping CEOs driving major change programs. He worked with the World Bank and United Nations. From 2003 to 2013 he was the VP, Human Capital and Executive Committee member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). He was also the Managing Director of the IATA Training and Development Institute (ITDI).

In addition to his Academic responsibilities, Dr. Gianasso is also the Honorary Consul of Romania in Geneva and a regular speaker at International conferences and corporate programs. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the American University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia). He previously served as Vice-President of the Diplomatic Club of Geneva (Switzerland), on the Eurocontrol Supervisory Board (Belgium), as Senior Advisor to the Romanian Minister for Foreign Affairs (Romania) and on the IMD Executive Education Advisory Council (Switzerland).

A Swiss-Italian national, Dr. Gianasso holds a PhD in management and a DES in Law from the University of Geneva. He speaks fluently English, French, Italian, Spanish and Romanian.
