Heleny Constantin is a second-year student at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where she is pursuing a degree in the Department of Security Studies. In addition to this program, she completed a course in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Oxford, where she deepened her knowledge in global politics and diplomacy.

Throughout her studies, she has demonstrated a strong interest in international security and defense policies, earning recognition from both her peers and professors. A significant moment in her academic career was her participation in the NATO Youth Summit in Stockholm, where she had the opportunity to engage with experts and leaders in the field.
