Was a government reformer of communication strategy and system for administrative service in Ukraine under the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 2016 to 2018. As the Managing Director of Solutions for People agency (part of One Philosophy Group) from 2018 to 2024, supported and realize over 25 strategic projects for such clients as Council of Europe, UNDP, Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, the Ukrainian Institute, the Ministry of Infrastructure subdivision, the Ukrainian Human Rights Ombudsman, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, the National Ukrainian Broadcaster, and the Central Election Commission and others.

Was an active participant of the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine in 2014: editor of the EuroMaydan Facebook page, created a series of cultural events during the EuroMaydan protests with global awareness goals. In 2022, as a reaction to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, became a co-founder of Resilient Ukraine CSO that safeguards Ukraine’s resilience and elevates Ukraine’s voice in how people worldwide make better-informed decisions about the future of freedom, dignity, justice, and peace.
