Richard graduated from the “Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Pharmacy, in 2005. He started his career in the pharmaceutical field in 2003.Throughout his career, he held middle management positions in national pharmaceutical companies, following which, in 2008, he became the founder and CEO of the NAPOFARM group, a local group of pharmacies in Cluj county. The Ph.D. obtained in Pharmaceutical Management at the “Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca, 2011, helped him to build a chain of pharmacies based on trust, dedication to patients, and care for collaborators and colleagues.He wants to be a loyal partner and a real help to those he interacts with, wanting the group’s slogan – “pharmacies with soul” – to be the one that guides his management actions.
