Karyna Koreiba is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, strategist, and social impact leader. She is the co-owner and managing partner at Drommel, a Ukrainian furniture company. Her background includes leading marketing for international brands such as Salateira and consulting on large-scale public initiatives, including the National Media Literacy Project (Filter) under the Ministry of Culture.

Karyna is also an active lecturer at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy and currently serves as the Head of the Board of the Swedish Institute Alumni Network in Ukraine. She mentors young leaders and supports civic education and sustainable development initiatives.

She holds a BA in Journalism and is an alumna of several international programs, including the Aspen Institute Kyiv, Swedish Institute Management Programme, and the Transformative Leadership in Times of Uncertainty program by Lviv Business School. Karyna is passionate about bridging business and social values, and continues to explore leadership in times of uncertainty and transformation.
