Laurențiu Dașcă is a Physician, EMBA, Senior Healthcare Executive with over 20 years of experience in general management of clinics, hospitals, and medical operations, with significant achievements in business development, clinical governance, customer services, and compliance.

Laurențiu Dașcă is a strategic visionary with expertise in transforming business models in healthcare, team management, and aligning resources with organizational goals. Recognized for leadership skills, mentoring, team development, and effective communication in complex environments. Also, he is member of the Health Commission of the American Chamber of Commerce and fellow of the Aspen Institute Romania Healthcare & Quality of Life Program.

Throughout his career, Laurentiu Dașcă has held leadership positions in prestigious medical institutions, significantly contributing to the development and modernization of healthcare services in Romania. He has led strategies for developing medical infrastructure, managed hospital operations, and implemented innovative management models.

Since November 2021, as General Manger of ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine, he oversees the operations of a company which is part of a German company specializing in Phase I/II clinical trials. His role includes managing ARENSIA clinics, located in prestigious university hospitals in Eastern Europe, supervising advanced medical research, and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency. Also, since 2023, as Administrator, he is managing hospital activities, implementing development strategies, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards in healthcare.
