Liviu was born in Focșani, Vrancea county. He is married and he has a daughter.

He studied in Bucharest at the Academy of Economic Studies, Management Faculty and after he graduated he decided to remain in Bucharest. His most relevant experience in the private sector is in KPMG, one of the Big Four companies, where he has worked for four years as an external auditor.

Also, he has worked for four years at World Vision International, an international NGO, where he had the opportunity to travel all around the world in countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Jordan, Austria, England, Turkey and many others.

In 2016 he joined the party Save Romania Union. Also, in June 2016 was elected local councilor in one of Bucharest’s six districts. Since his election, Liviu had the opportunity to learn a great deal of things about local administration and he tried his best to come up with initiatives in order to improve the living conditions in my district.

Currently he is the President of the National Agency of Civil Servants.

Liviu is a fellow of the first edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, organized between 2018 and 2019.
