Mădălina has 10+ years of experience in community building, project management and designing participatory projects and events. She is an experienced practitioner of Design Thinking, Art of Hosting, Theory U, Lean and Business Modelling and she applies them in co-creating spaces for social innovation and collaboration.

For 8 years she built and managed Impact Hub Bucharest community and she was involved  in or managed various projects that supported and enabled entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs to build their ventures and to increase positive impact through their work. She was also an Impact Measurement Associate for Impact Hub Global where she applied impact measurements practices and supported teams to develop knowledge about using data for strategic development.

For the last 6 years she is also working with the global network ebbf – Ethical Business for Better Future, in designing global learning events & international conferences and in increasing the capacity building and collaboration in the network.

As co-founder of We For Real she advises individuals and organisations about building and growing communities. This includes current state assessment, vision alignment, value proposition, strategy building, designing community processes, guidelines, roadmap and KPIs, members journey and offerings and she helped them to grow from just an idea to hundreds of members.

Mădălina’s background studies are in finance, banking and econometrics and financial modelling and she uses this in working as Business Intelligence and data analyst for TalentBrowse where she provides strategic insights from analysing data.

In her free time Mădălina enjoys reading, nature, travelling, meditation and drawing.
