Mădălina Stănescu is a seasoned digital strategist with over 17 years of experience in marketing, technology, and leadership. As the Managing Director and founder of Optimized, a Google-awarded performance marketing agency, she has led digital transformation initiatives for major brands across various industries in Romania. Her career also includes driving growth initiatives for Google across the EMEA region and designing national digital education programs.

A Google Certified Trainer and respected speaker, Mădălina has delivered impactful training to thousands of professionals, students, and entrepreneurs. She has also contributed to academic development as an associate lecturer at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), within the Faculty of Communication.
