Maria Duduman, CFA is an executive leader with extensive experience in banking, capital markets, strategic partnerships, and community development. With 13 years of experience in the corporate sector and more than 12 years of work in ecosystem building, cross-sector collaboration, and social impact initiatives, she has built and led projects that bring together organizations, communities, and resources to create sustainable value and measurable impact.
She is the founder of Fă Bine!, a platform designed to connect NGOs, companies, volunteers, and donors in support of vulnerable communities and public institutions. Through this initiative, she has contributed to mobilizing essential resources for schools, hospitals, and civil society organizations, while advancing collaborative models that strengthen social entrepreneurship, partnership development, and civic engagement in Romania.
Across her professional journey, Maria has worked at the intersection of business, leadership, and social innovation, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, community building, and the development of initiatives that generate both organizational value and societal benefit.
She is also the author of Exerciții de iubire, a book reflecting her interest in human development, meaningful connection, and personal transformation.
She is engaged in advancing values-based leadership, strong communities, and cross-sector partnerships as drivers of more resilient and inclusive societies.
