Experienced professional with more than 14 years experience in banking and sales, with a focus on treasury instruments (fixed income, foreign exchange, interest rates, derivatives). I have constantly strove to improve both my soft and my technical skills by pursuing different job responsibilities and positions throughout the time and by acquiring worldwide recognized certifications as CFA charter or ACI Diploma.

Besides my every-day efforts to become a better professional and leader, I am also very much aware of my responsibility towards the society I am living in. My belief is that it relies solely on us to create a world as good as we want it to be and that only together we can achieve this result. This is the reason why I have been involved through volunteering in various projects and societies Boards (Honorific Counselor with the State Secretary in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, CFA Society Romania, Aspen Fellows Network, several other NGOs).

I was lucky enough to experience and understand the giant steps a community can make when all its members contribute to the fulfillment of its objectives. In that moment I’ve started the construction of the volunteering platform that brings together NGOs, volunteers and companies for the benefit of the entire society. Thus I was part of the team who developed DeBunavoie.ro and today I’m building Fă Bine! (Do Good!).

One day I realized that no one can promise you tomorrow. Since then I try to make every moment count by enjoying and learning as much as I can from all the people I meet and from all experiences I live.
