More than 25 years of professional experience in Finance domain (accounting, controlling, financial management and analysis, budgeting & business planning, statutory and international financial reporting)

Joined Orange in 1998 as intern in accounting department and climbing the career ladder from accountant to controller, then Head of Controlling, Deputy CFO to CFO in 2022. Privileged to lead one of the biggest enterprise in Moldova with more than 150m EUR annual revenues, Orange being a telecom leader in mobile with 60% value market share and 50% volume market share.

Two important traits helped to develop: curiosity to learn and openness to change. Had the chance to participate and be sponsor for significant transversal projects brought by technological evolution and regulatory shifts, involved in 2 M&A transactions, Licenses bidding processes and enterprise Transformation programs.

Currently, main strategic focus is driving the digital transformation of the Finance function — paving the way for a more agile, data-driven, and future-proof organization.
