More than 15 years of experience in communication and digital marketing. He spent some of them, about 9, in the media, as a radio journalist. Then, he became an entrepreneur and set up the Necktie Agency in Cluj-Napoca, in 2013.
Since 2017, Marian has been a communication and marketing strategy consultant.
He coordinated, implemented or developed the digital marketing and communication strategies for notable events and festivals, such as Transilvania International Film Festival, as the digital strategist or DISKOteca Festival, as the consultant for the digital marketing segment. He has worked with brands such as Sykes Romania, Transilvania Film, Romania Untamed, FAN Courier, GPeC, Banca Transilvania, Bitdefender, ING Bank or bilete.ro.
Podcast and content production consultant, at the same time, he produces HURDUcast, one of the first podcasts in Romania that ranked as 1st place in Apple Podcasts in the first month after its launch and for which he have done, so far, over 120 interviews with public, entrepreneurs and communication & marketing people. The project has been voted and awarded at Webstock 2019 as part of the Top 3 Best Podcasting Projects in Romania, in 2019.
Marian the project manager and the marketing and communication strategist behind Murdar, the first fiction podcast in Romania, a production that has surpassed the podcast listeners’ segment and which occupies the 1st place in the related category of prole platforms since its launch. Awarded at Webstock 2020 together with Banca Transilvania in the Best Branded Projects category.

Trainer of classes organized by Naked PR, Dalles GO, GPeC Summer School or for the departments of various companies.
