Marina Lyashenko is a General Manager of Michelin Ukraine. She was the first woman in this position in Michelin Group, which has commercial presence in 170 countries and 124,000 employees worldwide. Mrs. Lyashenko has over 16 years experience in Sales and Marketing, People Management in the international FMCG (Procter & Gamble), Pharmaceutical (Omega Pharma) and now Tyres business.

Moreover, she is delighted to be Leadership ambassador in Ukraine and nominated in rating “TOP 100 Successful women in Ukraine “by European Association of Business Development and “Manager of the Year 2019” by National rating League of the Best in Ukraine.

Mrs. Lyashenko was born originally in the small city Poltava. She got her Master’s degree of Economics first in Kiev National University of Trade and Economics and then second degree in Business Management in France at the University of Clermont Ferrand. In addition, she is an experienced traveler who has visited 45 countries so far. One of her exciting hobbies is kite surfing which she was doing in Egypt, Zanzibar and other counties.
