Mr. Poșa is in charge of the communications sector and is responsible for the ministry’s relation with the Romanian Parliament and with the National Institute for Laser, Plasma & Radiation Physics. In the past, he has also coordinated the Romanian Authority for Digitalization and the relation with The International Telecommunication Union.

Mr. Poșa was Advisor at The General Secretariat of the Romanian Government.

He is also a blockchain expert at the National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest.

He was a state counselor at DRRM – Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova.

In the energy field, he was the vice-president of EVA Energy SA
