He currently collaborates with a variety of organizations, working with hundreds of non-profit organisations and individuals, globally, and managing Sword Nation, an NGO he founded in 2019, that contributes to social inclusion through sports in Romania.

In all his endeavors, Mihai puts to work his expertise and passion in Civil Society and Youth Education, in order to facilitate the connection among individuals and organizations that have the potential to accelerate social development in Romania.
