Since June 2016 Mihai holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at BRD Asset Management SAI. From this position he is responsible with the strategy and development of one of the largest money managers in Romania. Previously he held the position of Chief Investment Officer with Erste Asset Management where he was responsible for the investment strategy of the company. Mihai is also member of the board of CFA  Society Romania and of the Romanian Association of Asset Managers. As an individual he strongly believes in values such as ethics and accountability for one’s actions and would like to see such principles more prized by our society. His favorite leisure activities include reading, travelling, cycling and skiing. Mihai lives in Bucharest with his wife and two daughters.
