Mihai is an Investment Manager with Abris Capital Partners, an independent private equity fund investing in CEE with EUR 1.3bn assets under management. From the Bucharest office Mihai is responsible of originating, executing and monitoring investments.

Prior to Abris, he was an Associate at Capital Partners, one of the leading M&A advisory firms in Romania and a member of M&A International, where he was involved in various M&A and corporate finance projects in sectors such as FMCG, telecom, waste management, food and agriculture. At Abris, Mihai gained expertise in courier services, waste management & recycling, logistics and dental distribution. Employing a hands-on approach, Mihai focuses on growing portfolio companies into leading businesses by partnering up with local entrepreneurs and using a collaborative approach.

Mihai is a Supervisory Board Member of Dentstore, Dentotal Protect and Green Group and previously held a board position in the successfully exited Urgent Cargus.

Mihai is a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Outside of work, Mihai is passionate about tennis, golf, wine and learning about new cultures.
