He is 45 years old, born in Bucharest, a happy husband, and a father of two children. Mihail graduated from the Economics Academy (A.S.E.) in 1998, then completed his mandatory military service and began working in the accounting/financial industry in 1999.


Over the last five years, he has worked for the Romanian Court of Accounts, starting as a public auditor and currently serving as Deputy Audit Manager. His previous experience spans more than 15 years as a Finance Manager for various companies, including factoring, hospitality businesses (4-star hotels), and investment funds. His core principles are professionalism, collaboration, ethics, curiosity, the search for truth, and freedom.


Always interested in financial education, stock market investment, and books, he is eager to join a network of professionals who share the necessary skills, common values, and mindset to create a better public administration through knowledge sharing.
