Mihnea is the founding Managing Director of Endeavor Romania, the local chapter of the global Endeavor network, which is dedicated to empowering high-impact entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and transform industries. With a strong focus on fostering high-growth ventures, Mihnea leverages Endeavor’s global community to connect Romanian entrepreneurs with world-class mentors, new markets, and the capital they need to drive regional and global expansion.

Before joining Endeavor, Mihnea spent two decades in banking, honing his expertise at ING Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD). His career began in Structured Finance and Investment Banking at ING, before transitioning into energy banking at EBRD, where he spent eight years. Later, as Deputy Head of EBRD Romania, Mihnea led corporate and financial sector projects across diverse industries, including Financial Institutions, Agribusiness, Energy, and Public Sector Infrastructure.

Since 2021, Mihnea has been focused on accelerating the growth of Romanian startups, providing them with the tools to thrive on the global stage. He’s also an active angel investor and startup advisor, bringing his strategic insights and financial acumen to the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Mihnea holds a degree from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and an EMBA from Wirtschaftsuniversität (WU) in Vienna.
