Monica is a senior quality expert in the pharmaceutical industry, with regional experience. Her focus is to combine the power of people, passion and partnership to address unmet needs and change patients’ lives. Currently, she is leading the Supply Chain and Market Quality Operations for Romania, Turkey and EU Hub in Pfizer, a global innovative biopharmaceutical company.
During her professional career, Monica has contributed to breakthrough initiatives that ensured sustainable quality standards for both products and operations, integrated supply strategies in collaboration with regulatory stakeholders, as well as lightspeed implementation of the pandemic Preparedness, Response and Recovery Plan.
Monica is passionate about education, especially in the healthcare sector, leading public health & training initiatives as part of her continuous work in NGOs. She holds Master’s degrees in Pharmacy, UMF Carol Davila University, Bucharest and in Healthcare Services Management, Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
