Born in Chișinău, he was raised in a family that encouraged him to follow his passions and build a career rooted in education and professionalism. He studied finance at the Financial Banking College in Chișinău and earned a degree in International Economic Relations from the International Management Institute—an experience that inspired his path in the public sector.
He has held several key roles within the Ministry of Justice, gaining expertise in IT systems, legal process management, and digital communication. He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Agency for Legal Information Resources, where he oversees the management of critical infrastructure, official platforms, and Ministry of Justice databases. His responsibilities focus on ensuring secure and accessible legal information for both authorities and citizens.
His previous roles include leading IT and information systems departments, coordinating major modernization projects, and developing essential policy frameworks. He has also completed specialized training in e-governance and information security, including international certifications and coursework at the e-Governance Academy in Estonia.
Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English, he is recognized for his strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to manage complex, high-pressure tasks. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and mountain travel—activities that help him stay connected to nature.
He is guided by integrity, transparency, and a commitment to public service. With a focus on innovation and community impact, he continues to contribute to the modernization of justice-sector information systems, aiming to make them more accessible and efficient for all citizens.
