With 20 years of experience in communication and social responsibility, Nicoleta is a professional who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for the common good. She firmly believes that every person has the power — and the responsibility — to transform the place they are in, because people truly sanctify the place.

She studied at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership (Global Executive MBA), SNSPA (Master’s in Communication and Public Relations), and earned a diploma in public relations from CIPR London. She is an Aspen Fellow and an active member of communities that think about and build the future.

Nicoleta is a strong advocate for collaboration between the private sector, public sector and non-governmental organizations, believing that real, long-term partnerships between companies, public authorities and NGOs are essential to generating systemic impact. She has coordinated initiatives with tangible results in the community, such as Școala de Bani – the largest financial education program in Romania, with over 1 million beneficiaries – and ZBOR, youth hubs that provide space, resources, and support for better life decisions, which have reached over 55,000 young people in just the first year of operation.
