
Oana Daniela Constantin

Oana Constantin is an expert in the International Relations Department at the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), joining in 2020. She focuses on strengthening cooperation between ANCOM, national regulatory authorities, and European and international entities, while representing national and European interests in international organizations.
With over 13 years of experience in public administration, particularly in public policies, international relations, and European affairs, Oana has held various roles in the Chamber of Deputies and the Ministry of Communications and Information Society. She played a key role in organizing the 21st International Telecommunication Union Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-22) hosted by Romania in 2022.
Between 2017 and 2019, as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State in the Ministry, she coordinated events during Romania’s Presidency of the EU Council, including the Informal Meeting of EU Telecom Ministers and the 3rd Eastern Partnership Ministerial Meeting on the Digital Economy.
Oana holds degrees in economics, administration, and security and defense.
