
Oana Dumitru

Oana Dumitru works at the intersection of philosophy, sustainability, engineering, and the arts, with over a decade of experience in multidisciplinary projects.
She rejoined the Aspen Institute Romania in early 2026 as a collaborator within the Leadership Programs Department, contributing to strategic initiatives. Between 2022 and 2024, she supported the delivery of leadership programs, focusing on logistics, stakeholder engagement, and participant experience.
Oana has contributed to the Artown Festival (2023–2024), coordinating logistics and volunteer teams, and is currently involved in NicheArt, an initiative supporting independent artistic practices.
Since 2016, she has been part of EFdeN, where she led communication for the Solar Decathlon Middle East 2018 and later contributed to initiatives such as energiaTa and the European Institute for Sustainability Leadership Program.
She holds a degree in Building Services Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest and is exploring further studies in the arts.
