Oana Talpos is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation doctor,  serving at a leading public hospital in Bucharest. After completing her education at the prestigious Carol Davila University, Dr. Talpos further enhanced her expertise by pursuing an EMBA from Maastricht University SBE, that is part of the 1% institutions globally awarded with Triple Crown accreditation. She also studied Foreign Affairs and Diplomacy at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute. With over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she currently holds the role of Medical Advisor, a position that involves working across various multicultural environments worldwide.

Additionally, Dr. Talpos is an Honorary Advisor at the Ministry of Health, actively contributing to a range of ministerial initiatives. Her leadership extends beyond direct patient care, as she plays a critical role in training and motivating extensive teams, thus advancing healthcare practices in the private sector.
