Olga Melniciuc is the CEO of Startup Moldova Foundation, where she leads national efforts to grow and connect Moldova’s startup ecosystem. With a strong background in business development, fundraising, and public-private partnerships, she brings founders, investors, and ecosystem players together to create meaningful, long-term impact.

She is also the founder of Investitii.MD, a consulting firm that has helped over 500 entrepreneurs with fundraising. Olga also co-founded and led Business Angel Moldova, the country’s first network of private investors, and the Association of Women in Business of Moldova.

Previously, she served as Economic Consultant to the Prime Minister and held leadership roles in national entrepreneurship development institutions. She holds an MBA degree and is a Hubert H. Humphrey alumna, having studied business financing and economic development at Boston University.

Outside of work, Olga is an advanced diver, an avid traveller, and a proud mom—always exploring, learning, and building new experiences.
