Paula Roxana Kașai, a 38-year-old native of Timișoara, is a dynamic and dedicated public servant with a strong educational background
in law. She earned her degree in Law and Public Administration and continued her academic journey by pursuing a Master’s in The
Management of Public Administration at Politehnica University in Timișoara. Her career in public administration began in 2016, and she quickly rose through the ranks, serving in various roles within different communes’ mayor offices. Her commitment and dedication to
improving citizens’ lives earned her recognition and respect among her peers. A pivotal moment in her career came when she assumed the role of Director of the Prefect’s cabinet at the Timiș County Prefect’s Institution. Here, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and
collaboration skills, navigating the complexities of public administration effectively.
