Paul is the Public Affairs Director of EVRYO Power Group and has over 15 years of experience in public policy, gained in the fields of energy, healthcare, and telecommunications.
He is responsible for building and implementing the Public Affairs strategy for Distributie Energie Oltenia (part of EVRYO Group), which provides electricity distribution services to 1.5 million customers.

Previously, Paul was in charge of developing and executing the Government Affairs and Market Access Strategy for Medtronic in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, with direct involvement in shaping the company’s public policy strategies at the Central and Eastern European level.

He also led policy strategies for Vodafone and Liberty Global, coordinating primary and secondary legislation projects. In addition, he represented the Romanian IT&C industry in its engagement with the Government and political leaders, contributing to the creation of an optimal legislative and financial framework.

Paul is also the Co-Founder of The Social Incubator, an NGO focused on social entrepreneurship initiatives for vulnerable groups in Romania.
