Raluca is an intelligence officer with formal training in intelligence studies, linguistics and communication sciences. She has a work experience of over five years in the process of innovation and optimization in the field of intelligence and national security, mainly in the OSINT domain. Also, in the past, she was engaged in international cooperation activities being a point of contact for the Public Diplomacy Division (StratCom) within NATO. She has a PhD in communication sciences (fake news phenomenon) at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration.

Raluca is currently an advisor to the Deputy Director of the Romanian Intelligence Service, a position that involves working with people from different layers of command & activity within the Service and liaising with other state institutions. Also, she is involved in the educational process of the future intelligence officers at the “Mihai Viteazul” National Intelligence Academy. She has great communication skills, enjoys social interactions, and possesses the ability to find creative solutions to various (work-related) aspects.
